Saturday, March 4 at 9:45AM in the Parish Hall to select the coordinator who will represent this team on the Pastoral Council.  I am expecting that this meeting will take less than a half hour.  The attached agenda for the meeting describes the responsibilities of the coordinator.  Please spend some time in prayer considering your role on this team and whether you are being called to serve as the coordinator..  Current leadership positions can be changed if necessary to chose the most suitable person to be the coordinator for the entire team.  Please let me know if it not possible for you to attend on May 4 so alternative arrangements can be made.
